Welcome to Time For You Drop-In Childcare. By enrolling your child and using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

1. Service Overview
 

Time For You provides temporary, short-term, drop-in childcare on an as-needed basis.
We are not a preschool, long-term care facility, or overnight care provider.
 

2. Hours of Operation

Our hours may change based on staffing, holidays, or emergencies. Updated hours will always be posted on our website and inside the center.
 

3. Admission Requirements

To use our services, parents/guardians must:

• Complete all required registration and emergency forms.

• Provide accurate contact information.

• Ensure the child is picked up by an authorized adult with valid ID.

• Agree to all policies outlined here and in our Parent Handbook.

We reserve the right to refuse service if a child appears ill, unsafe, or unable to participate in care that day.
 

4. Health & Safety

• Children who show signs of illness (fever, vomiting, rash, contagious symptoms) cannot be admitted.

• Parents will be contacted if a child becomes ill and must pick up within 30 minutes.

• All injuries will be documented and shared with the parent/guardian.

• Parents authorize staff to provide basic first aid.

In emergencies, parents authorize staff to contact EMS. Parents are responsible for any medical costs incurred.
 

5. Behavior & Discipline

We use positive redirection, gentle guidance, and age-appropriate expectations.
We do not use physical punishment or humiliation.

If a child exhibits unsafe or disruptive behavior, we may request early pickup or suspend future visits for safety.
 

6. Personal Belongings

Please label all items.
We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items, including:

• Toys

• Clothing

• Electronics

• Personal accessories
   

7. Fees & Payments

• Payment is due at drop-off or before services are rendered.

• Late pickup fees may apply.

• Rates may be updated at any time; changes will be posted in advance.

No refunds for unused time.
 

8. Late Pickup Policy

Parents must pick up their child by the agreed time.
A late fee may apply and must be paid at pickup.

Repeated late pickups may result in loss of drop-in privileges.
 

9. Liability Waiver

By using our services, the parent/guardian understands that:

• Children may participate in activities that carry normal childhood risks (play, climbing, outdoor activities, etc.).

• Time For You Drop-In Childcare is not liable for injuries that occur from normal play or behavior, except in cases of proven negligence.

Parents agree to hold the business and staff harmless from claims arising from illness, injury, or accidents that occur during care.
 

10. Photography & Media

We may occasionally take photos for internal use (ex: activity updates).
We will never use a child’s photo for marketing without written parent consent.

You may opt out at any time.
 

11. Privacy & Data

We protect all personal information provided to us.
We will never sell or share information except when required for safety or legal compliance.
 

12. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue care for:

• Safety concerns

• Repeated policy violations

• Non-payment
   

13. Policy Changes

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates take effect when posted on our website.
